We went to Preston, Id for Easter with Karlo's family. His parents live there and due to the cold weather, we packed about 40 people into their not quite spacious enough home for a fun filled holiday weekend! Although crowded, we had a great time playing and talking and laughing and a little bit of watching General Conference. On Saturday, we bundled up about 20 kids and went outside for a very fun Easter egg hunting game. Here are some cute pics from that....
The next day, was Kallie's Birthday and Easter Sunday! By this time everyone was quite tired so we ate breakfast while we watched or listened to conference and the Easter Bunny came while during that time. So, all the kids bundled up again and went out to find their baskets and the eggs that they had colored the night before! Once again it was very chaotic and very fun!
Then, after a fabulous Easter Dinner and the next session of conference, we had a very quick birthday celebration for Kallie's 4th birthday!! She thought it was soooooo awesome to have that many people singing "Happy Birthday" to her!(It sounded like a choir in that little kitchen!) She had a cute cake that my wonderful niece, Josalyn, and her awesome friend, Linda, made and some fun presents that she absolutely loved! Then we quickly said our goodbyes and started our long drive home. What a fun weekend to have with our wonderful family and friends! Thank you all!
